About Monika Sharma – Founder of Swaran Shakti

My name is Monika Sharma. I’ve been living in Canada for the past five years, but my roots are in India. I come from a spiritual family, so spirituality has always been a part of my life in some form. But over time, through my own life experiences and challenges, I began to understand the deeper meaning of healing.

Walking this path wasn’t something I chose all at once—it unfolded naturally, as life brought moments that tested me and taught me. That’s when I truly felt how important it is to heal—not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. I realized that at some point, we all need healing, whether we’re aware of it or not.

Marma therapy came into my life during this journey, and it connected everything for me—my spiritual background, my love for traditional practices, and my desire to support others.

With Swaran Shakti, I want to offer a space where people can pause, reconnect, and begin their own healing process, just as I did.

My Healing Philosophy

At Swaran Shakti, we’re all about creating a space where healing happens naturally, where you can breathe deeply, feel alive, and reconnect with the incredible beauty of life!

Life is a beautiful gift, but I know from personal experience that when we’re struggling—whether it’s physically, emotionally, or spiritually—it can be hard to see that beauty. I’ve been there. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you don’t know how to care for yourself or find your way back to joy.

That’s where healing comes in! Through Marma therapy and other spiritual practices, I’ve seen firsthand how people transform, how they rediscover their inner strength, and how they reconnect with the vibrancy of life. And when more people heal, we don’t just change individual lives—we create a ripple of positivity and love that can transform the world.

My vision is to provide a space where everyone can experience that shift—where people are inspired, energized, and empowered to step into their fullest potential. A place where healing is joyful, vibrant, and full of love!
